The Utah Army National Guard (UTARNG) intends to enter into a non-competitive bridge contract with the incumbent contractor, Soft Power Solutions, LLC, pending the award of a four (4) year 8(a) competitively-solicited contract in response to UTARNG Solicitation # W911YP-21-R-0004. The bridge contract is for non-clinical Case Management Services required for the continuous services necessary for UTARNG service-members.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate the bridge contract on a sole source basis under FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

The bridge contract is for the period of 07/01/2021 through 07/31/2021, plus an option for an additional 30-days as necessary.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. No solicitation document is available. A determination by the UTARNG will not open this requirement to competition based upon any written responses to this notice.
