- Labor Relations – access to Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).
- Separate access to different HR stand-alone programs (i.e., OWCP, Staffing, Classification, Benefits, etc.).
- Broida Guide to FLRA case law, MSPB case law, and Wiley’s Employee Relations desk reference.
- Hadley Guide to EEO Law.
- Arbitrator Statistics and Biographies.
- Federal Employment Compensation Act – analysis case law decisions.
- Decisions of the Office of Comptroller General, and Employees’ Compensation Appeals Board (ECAB).
- Access to all federal Standard Forms.
- Office of Personnel Management (OPM) guidance and publications.
- Guides that discuss regs/law/administrative decisions by topic in one place.
- Access to templates for Employee Relations/Labor Relations communications.
- Agency checklists for Employee Relations/Labor Relations issues.
- Charts that summarize compensatory damage awards by case type.
- Library on the latest court actions. Online training courses on various Employee Relations and Labor Relations topics.
- The Period of Performance for the order is anticipated to be one 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods.
