In accordance with §11-35-1560 of the SC Consolidated Procurement Code, York Technical College intends to issue a Sole Source procurement for a S3040.100 Trauma Hal® tetherless light adult simulator from Gaumard, the sole provider and sole manufacturer of this item. This simulator includes, but is not limited to the following features. The ability to use real, unmodified pulse oximetry, end tidal waveform capnography and NIBP Protests: Bidder's right to protest as listed in Section 11-35-4210 in the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code applies to this announcement.
