The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, Size Standard: 750 employees. Award will be made on or about 18 September 2018.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim BPA call based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
