The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action with Workforce Software, LLC for the procurement of the following items:

CLIN 0001: Workforce Software AULM Renewal - Coverage Period 7/19/2021 - 7/18/2022 - 830 total users

This requirement is conducted under FAR 13.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. Workforce Software, LLC is the original software publisher for the Workforce Time & Attendance product in the United States. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Potential offerors may submit a capability statement, to include an interest letter that demonstrates your firm’s ability to provide these site licenses as described above.

All interested firms must respond to this notice no later than Monday, 14 June 2021, 10:00 AM PST. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The 355th Contracting Office will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
