This is an intent to sole for Pralidoxime (Protopam) 1GM powder vial for injection.  The Strategic National Stockpile has a need for an estimated quanity of 23,000 packages of Protopam (NDC) 60977-0141-01.

It is belived that Baxter Healthcare Corporation is the only FDA-approved manufacturer of this product in the needed powder form.  Further, a sources sought notice posted on June 6th, 2019 did not result in any responses.
