The upgrades must include:

Nihon Kohden EEG 1200w/Video

Add Nihon Khoden Polysomnographic Solution

Travel and installation

Any proposed components for the Nihon Kohden update/upgrade has to work seamlessly with the existing Nihon Kohden systems and not affect any warranty or service capabilities of Nihon Kohden.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, however companies are encouraged to provide their systems capabilities if they do meet all of the above listed requirements.

The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), that the circumstances of this contract action deem only a single source isreasonably available to fulfill the stated requirement.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the requirement in writing to [email protected] no later than 1000 hours CST, Thursdya, 10 June 2021.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Due to cost full equipment replacement is not feasable.
