The Citadel Intent to sole source to Tallo for base year and 4 one-year options. The Citadel, Office of the Provost, intends to sole source to Tallo to utilize the micro-target, closed loop, mobile system to identify, interact, and personalize the engagement of prospective high school and transfer students specifically seeking STEM careers. The Citadel requires a platform that allows for the individual interaction with students who have self-identified interest in the school and its specific type of educational experience and allows students to showcase their accomplishments in areas such as science, mathematics, and technology while applying real-time reporting capabilities.
