This procurement of supplies or services is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) soliciting from a single source authorized by FAR Subpart 13.501(a), Special Documentation Requirements. The justification and approval document will be made publically within 14 days of contract award in accordance with FAR 13.501 (a)(iii).

This serves as notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals and is not a solicitation or a request for offers. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement. Interested firms may identify their interest in writing to the Government point of contact by submitting no more than a five (5) page capability statement. Additional documentation is available upon request. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 4:30 PM Mountain Standard Time on June 23, 2017. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
