There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide, they must respond to this notice before 12:00pm (Central Time) on 16 October 2015. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to the Alabama Criminal Justice Information Center (ACJIC).
