The State of Minnesota, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) intends to purchase 675 Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) codes from IDI, LLC. The IDI is a cross-culturally valid and reliable instrument which measures the way an individual or group experiences cultural differences and similarities. As part of the MPCA Intercultural Competency Professional Development Program, all MPCA employees will need to complete the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). Because IDI, LLC is only one supplier to provide with IDI code, this has been deemed a single source purchase.
