The Connecticut Airport Authority (CAA) is seeking proposals from qualified professional companies to provide commercial seasonal, holiday, event decorations, installation, removal, maintenance, and storage services at various locations owned and operated by the CAA on an as needed basis. Firms must be registered with CAA’s procurement portal (https://ctairports.procureware.com) to access the RFP document in its entirety and submit a proposal. Proposals will only be accepted through ProcureWare. The CAA will conduct a pre-proposal meeting/site tour at 11:00 am (EST), June 1, 2021 in the Administration Large Conference Room, 3rd floor, Terminal A, Bradley International Airport. The meeting will include a site tour of areas located on the secure side of the Airport. Individuals planning to attend the tour must upload a Temporary Badge Form to ProcureWare no later than 11:00 am (EST), May 28, 2021.
