The work under this project consist of Interior Refurbishment of Stonehouse Elementary School and includes, but is not limited to: removal and replacement of floor finishes; concrete slab moisture mitigation; and painting of interior walls and door frames. All shall be completed in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and specifications. Services provided by the contractor shall include, but not be limited to the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, traffic control, testing, transportation and all other miscellaneous appurtenances and work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documents, Drawings and Specifications. (See Section II: §6 Scope of Work/Requirements) The work is to be constructed in two phases during June-August, 2022 (phase 1) and June-August, 2023 (phase 2) timeframe. On site construction for Phase 1 will begin on June 14, 2022 with all work Substantial Complete on Phase 1 by August 26, 2022. On site construction will begin for Phase 2 on June 16, 2023 with Substantial Complete on Phase 2 by September 3, 2023 and Final Completion Date is October 3, 2023.
