This requirement is to procure engineering and technical services to investigate the challenges associated with producing C-130 intermediate duct part numbers 347111-69 and 347111-501 independently, and develop the drawings and fixtures required to manufacture these parts separately so that they fit together as an assembly between the engine inlet and the quick engine change scoop.

Projected period of performance: 18 months ARO.

This RFQ is being issued on a sole source basis to GSE Dynamics, CAGE: 29183, due to ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVICE WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS (IAW FAR 6.302-1). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
