The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) is an independent Federal entity that is responsible for U.S.-funded non-military international broadcasting. BBG oversees, through an umbrella organization called the International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB), the Voice of America (VOA), and Radio and TV Marti (referred to collectively as the Office of Cuba Broadcasting (OCB)). VOA is headquartered in Washington, DC. OCB is located in Miami, FL.

The upcoming BBG International Audience Research Program (IARP) Request for Proposal (RFP) will seek potential contractors to provide analytics of BBG's international audience in order to support BBG's mission. It is estimated that the annual total amount of Task Orders to be issued under the planned contract will fall within the $5M - $10M price range.

BBG intends to award a Performance-Based IDIQ contract under which it will issue Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Task Orders.

The deadline for submitting questions is July 1, 2011 at Noon.

All questions should be directed to the Contracting Officer, Rachel E. Johnson, via email at rjohnson@bbg,gov.

All emails should include the Solicitation Number in the Subject line of the email.

7/7/11, Amend 01, SF30:

1. The above-cited Solicitation is hereby amended to incorporate Offerors' answers to questions. The Sections B-M document has been revised. Attached are two pdf files both dated July 7, 2011: (1) Sections B-M with Track Changes and (2) Sections B-M Final.

2. The cut-off date for submission of questions has passed.

3. The proposal due date remains July 22, 2011, 2pm Local Time (Eastern Daylight Time).

4.  All other terms and conditions of the subject Solicitation remain unchanged.
