This is a notice of intent to issue an order to TM Studios, 2002 Academy Lane, Suite 110B, Dallas TX 75234, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) (J&A attached). The proposed procurement is to grant the Government International Broadcast Distribution Rights for Radio Production material, in support of the American Forces Networks, for the following radio program categories: CHR/Urban, Adult Contemporary/Hot Adult Contemporary, Country, Rock! Alternative/ AAA / Active Rock.

This announcement constitutes the only notice, a written solicitation will not be issued.  Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by the closing date specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
