This is a notice of intent to issue an award to TKS Telepost Kabel-Service Kaiserslautern, Altes Forsthaus 2, 67661, Kaiserslautern, Germany on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is for internet for the Ramstein and Vogelweh SACs and Youth Centers, Germany.

The current infrastructure with all of the connections is owned in its entirety by TKS Telepost Kabel-Service Kaiserslautern and is not open for lease.

This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to perform by responding to this notice by the specified closing date. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by the closing date specified in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
