The purpose of Amendment #2 is to respond to the questions that were submitted pertaining to the Request for Proposal (RFP). Questions and answers are posted with this amendment to include the revised RFP, Statement of Work (SOW), and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) that are viewable via the attachments.

Resume, Security, and Interpreting Service Staffing Matrix templates are also posted for Offeror's use.

Offerors are required to acknowledge receipt of Amendment #1 and Amendment #2 that were posted on 8 April and 18 April 2014.
The closing date of the RFP remains unchanged; therefore, proposals shall be submitted as follows:

All proposals shall be submitted via email to Gregory Laws @ [email protected] and Patricia D. Hill @ [email protected] by the closing date, 5 May 2014 @ 1:00 pm EST. Late proposals: Offerors are reminded that email transmissions of a proposal after closing date and time will not constitute a timely submission and WILL NOT be considered.
