You are invited to submit your bid to provide interpreting services for deaf students attending Slippery Rock University. In compliance with this invitation to bid and subject to all the conditions thereof, the bidder offers and agrees, if this bid is accepted to furnish any or all items upon which prices are quoted at the price set for each item and in total. The university reserves the right to accept all or part, or to reject the entire bid. Altering proposal or failure to furnish complete information may be a reason for rejection. This bid is a firm written quotation guaranteed for a period of three years. The successful bidder will be required to sign a Service Purchase Contract and comply with the terms and conditions per the sample document in Appendix A on the documents tab.
