Cost data should be uploaded on the Bids tab. In compliance with this invitation to bid and subject to all the conditions thereof, the bidder offers and agrees, if this bid is accepted to furnish any or all items upon which prices are quoted at the price set for each item and in total. The university reserves the right to accept all or part, or to reject the entire bid. Altering proposal or failure to furnish complete information may be a reason for rejection.
