The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Bakerfield Field Office, has a requirement for In Person Sign Language Translation and Interpreting Services in Bakerfield, California (Kern County) in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140L1223Q0004 and attachments.

This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation number 140L1223Q0004.

This document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Businesses under the North American Industrial Code (NAICS) code 541930 for Translation and Interpretation Services. The Small Business Annual Receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years does not exceed $22 Million.
