Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), Kaneohe Bay is looking for a breath alcohol analyzer to conduct forensic alcohol testing for the purpose of introduction of the alcohol test results into evidence in either civil or criminal proceedings under applicable State driving under the influence of alcohol statutes.  Currently, the only evidential breath alcohol testing devices approved for use in the State of Hawaii are the Intoxilyzer 5000, 8000, and 9000 models.
If you are able to provide one, some, or all of these models, or have evidentiary documents contradicting this statement, response is required no later than (NLT) 1200 Hawaii Standard Time (HST) 15 August 2018.
