The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Public Health (DPH), is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide intramuscular naloxone hydrochloride. The Harm Reduction Response Team (HRRT) will use this contract to purchase injectable naloxone. Naloxone is an opioid antagonist medication that is used to reverse an opioid overdose.
