Synopsis – Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring Services (non-personal)

The Department of Surgery and Ortho/Rehab, Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a requirement for Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring Services.  Period of performance is 1 April 2021 through 30 September 2021, plus four (4) twelve (12) month option periods (through 30 September 2025).  This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 622110, General Medical and Surgical Hospitals. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 622110 is $41,500,000.

The solicitation number is W81K00-21-Q-0047. The solicitation will be available on/about 29 January 2021, to the beta.SAM.gov website (https://beta.sam.gov/).  Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://beta.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. The solicitation will close on/about 1 March 2021.
