The purpose of this acquisition is to provide the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) Electromyography (EMG) Section with a quantity of one (1) Intraoperative Monitor (IOM) device for intraoperative monitoring of neurosurgical procedures. There has been an increased need for intraoperative monitoring.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
