The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award to provide Introduction to Carpentry Program Services at the Federal Prison Institution - Waseca located in Waseca, Minnesota.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611210 (Size Standard: $20,500,000). This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.

The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contracts with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a one year base period with four one year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government.
