The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to issue a Commercial Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide invasive species weed treatment for the federal lands surrounding Canyon Ferry Reservoir in Montana. Prospective offerors are encouraged to visit the performance site or otherwise familiarize themselves with the performance site to determine service and equipment requirements. Failure by prospective offerors to inspect the site will not relieve the offerors from the responsibility of properly estimating the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the work in accordance with the Government¿s requirements. Site visit information will be included with the solicitation. The acquisition will be issued Total Small Business Set-Aside. The period of performance will be a base period with four one-year option periods. The Solicitation 140R6020Q0023 will be issued on or about March 2, 2020. The RFQ will be issued at https://beta.sam.gov/ and at FedConnect at https://www.fedconnect.net. Response dates for quotes is tentatively scheduled for April 1, 2020. Prospective contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the System for Award Management (SAM) database, accessed through https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM and must be actively registered in SAM to be eligible for award. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the beta.SAM.gov and FedConnect web sites for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments.
