The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service R5 has a requirement to control invasive plants by treating approx. 170 acres of grassland habitat at the Missisquoi NWR in Swanton VT. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 115310 with a small business size standard of 8 mil. This is set aside for Small Business only. Vendors must be on the list of Vermont Certified Pesticide Applicators (Category 2: Forestry) to be considered. There will be no electronic solicitation posted.
