NEW ORLEANS PUBLIC BELT RAILROAD CORPORATION INVITATION TO BID NO. 3014: CROSS TIES AND SWITCH TIES The New Orleans Public Belt Railroad Corporation (“NOPB”) is soliciting bids for the as-needed purchase and delivery of cross ties and switch ties (collectively “Materials”) in accordance with the Conditions & Specifications (“Specifications”) for an initial term of one (1) year with NOPB having the option to extend for two (2) one-year terms, subject to the terms and conditions as set forth more fully in the form agreement attached hereto (“Agreement”).
