The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Scott AFB, IL, is soliciting white papers and intends to award one (1) Prototype Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) for the development of a limited scale (50 hardware devices) implementation of an iOS Assured Identity capability so that another entity can verify the System on a Chip (SoC) for correctness. Please see attached Request for White Papers (RWP).

Provided that the prototype OTA is successfully completed, the Government may award a follow-on production FAR-based contract or OT Agreement to the participant in the transaction for the prototype project, without further competition.  Prior to this, the Government will ensure that it is in compliance with 10 USC 2371b(f).  In addition, the Government will again obtain approval from the appropriate approval authority, based on the dollar threshold projected for the production FAR-based contract or production OT Agreement.
