Description: NSN 5930-01-037-0635 Switch, Rotary is being bought in accordance with the following sources:

An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a base of 3-years and 2 option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Small Business Size Standard is 500. Solicitation will be Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Source. The solicitation will be available on or about April 3, 2014 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/.

Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin is required. Inspection/Acceptance is Destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance, as described in the solicitation.

Based on Market Research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capabilities to satisfy the Governments requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.

All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. In accordance with FAR provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction procedures may be utilized.
