See attached Amendment 6 and its associated documents to the Iraq 3PL solicitation.

The purpose of Amendment 6 is to correct an administrative error in Attachment 3, Provisions and Clauses, regarding Offerors technical proposal demonstrating an ability to obtain the maximum storage area required by the start of contract. In accordance with Amendment 2, the storage requirement was reduced from 100,000 square meters to 10,000 square meters. Attachment 3 is now corrected to state that Offerors technical proposals must include their possession of secure storage area within the Umm Qasr port premises with a maximum storage area of 10,000 square meters or the ability to obtain the area by contract start.

Since this is an administrative correction in accordance with a previous amendment, Offerors are NOT required to acknowledge Amendment 6 by signature. Furthermore, Offerors are NOT required to submit Amendment 6 with their proposal. This amendment does NOT warrant an extension of the proposal due date. Proposals remain due by 3 February 2017 at 3:00pm Central Time.
