The purpose of the activity is advance effective, accountable, and transparent governance in Iraq. The effort will work with the Government of Iraq (GOI) at all levels to better respond to citizen needs by supporting reform initiatives and Iraqi change agents on inclusive governance and public sector transparency, accountability and economy.

The anticipated award date is o/a March 2016. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services).

This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition procedures, pursuant to Part 15 and Subpart 37.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) (48 CFR Chapter 1).
