Q6: Is the Labor Category - Clearance Matrix meant to be inclusive of all teaming and/or Joint Venture Partners? Our company alone has numerous Labor Categories of employees who hold clearances. A Labor Category - Clearance Matrix reflecting all categories and employees as a table in the Cover Letter will jeopardize the two-page limit given the other information required and the size of the population sample requested.

A7: Yes, we are expecting a document that will list the page count. The Table of Contents is also included in the page count. The line "(not including the table of contents)," under 3.B.1. is a cut and paste error and should be deleted.
