The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Headquarters Office has a requirement for the renewal of the annual maintenance and support agreement for the Inventory Management System (IRMS) for the period of Date of Award-9/30/2018. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm-fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Aptean Technologies as they are the sole provider of this software and the only vendor available to provide maintenance and support for the licenses.
