The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the renewal of the annual maintenance and support agreement for the Inventory Management System (IRMS) for the period of 6/18/2018- 9/30/2018. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm-fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Aptean Technologies, as they are the sole provider of this software and the only vendor available to provide maintenance and support for the licenses.A limited source justification is approved and on file.
