The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the renewal of the annual maintenance and support agreement for the Inventory Management System (IRMS) for the period of 10/1/18-9/30/19. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Aptean Technologies as they are the sole source provider of this software and the only vendor available to provide maintenance and support for the licenses. A Limited Source justification is approved and on file. Responses to this notice shall be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than September 21, 2018 at 10:00am EST.
