The Government intends to execute an unrestricted procurement for Isopropyl Alcohol, Bulk, IAW MIL-P-87931, 16 December 1977, Hazardous Material. In addition, the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA(s)) awarded under RFP, SP0600-08-R-0337, will be used for any and all CONUS IPA requirements in support of any DESC customer. The resultant BPA will be requiring Isopropyl Alcohol with 87% purity. Offerors are required to have the capability to support bulk shipments. The Period of Performance for the resultant BPA will be from 1 Oct 2008 to 30 Sept 2013. Quantities for this requirement are undetermined as any CONUS DESC customer known or unknown at this time is supported under this BPA. Subject request for solicitation will be issued on or about 17 June 08 and posted to the FedBizOpps web page at www.fedbizopps.gov.
