This notice constitutes the only solicitation issued. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RFQ10611-0012-10 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-36. The requirements of this solicitation are for Radiopharmaceutical Isotopes to be ordered on an as-needed basis during the period of October 1, 2009 thru September 30, 2010. Delivery is to Federal Medical Center, Butner, North Carolina 27509. FOB destination

Salient Characteristics:
F-18 FDG 1-15 mCi: Fluorodeoxglucose-18, 1-15 mCi, radioactive positron emitter(true chemical form) utilized for Positron Emission imaging.
