This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for FY2016 Drop shipment for commercial Laboratory supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Request for Proposals are being requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. Proposals are due on 20 September 2015 by cob 4:30 p.m. local pacific Guam time. Anticipated award date will be 01 October 2015. Requirement is Unrestricted.
Clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition 2005-66. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423450. FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds, Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal Liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Supplies shall be delivered on the requested scheduled dates below to the U.S. Naval Hospital Guam. Award will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This is a firm fixed price requirement. All responsible sources please submit quotes by the due date. Ship FOB Destination to USNH Guam. See requested items, quantities and delivery schedule below. Please advise how you consider the prices quoted are fair and reasonable to the government. Provide fee schedule price list if available. Please advise if items quoted are sold at the same price to other U.S. Hospital or local Government Hospitals command? Information needed for price reasonableness.
