This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-20-Q-0012.
This procurement is 100% service-disabled veteran owned small business set-aside under NAICS code 334111 with a standard business size of 1,250 employees.
Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price quote to provide and install IT equipment and a software upgrade system for Pawnee Indian Health Center.
Questions are due no later than Friday January 3, 2020 2:00pm CST. Questions shall not be answered after this date. The closing date for receipt of quotes is Friday January 3, 2020. The offer may be submitted by email to [email protected] or in a sealed envelope, addressed to this office, showing the solicitation number, and your name and address, no later than 2:00 p.m. CST, on January 3, 2020.

The technical evaluation shall be a determination based on information furnished by the vendor in the submitted proposals.

THE INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE SHALL NOT CONSIDER YOUR QUOTE FOR AWARD IF YOU FAIL TO RESPOND TO THE FOLLOWING EVALUATION CRITERIA:
A) Firm, Fixed price
B) Technical factors shall be evaluated on an acceptable/non-acceptable basis. Unacceptability of a single factor shall render the entire quote unacceptable
THE INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE SHALL NOT CONSIDER YOUR QUOTE FOR AWARD IF YOU FAIL TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK
CONTRACT AWARD SHALL BE MADE TO THE RESPONSIBLE, RESPONSIVE OFFEROR OFFERING THE LOWEST REASONABLE PRICE AND MEETING ALL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS.
The technical evaluation shall be a determination based on information furnished by the vendor in the submitted proposals. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions.
