The above cited Combined Synopsis / Solicitation is hereby amended as follows: 

1)    Questions and Answers letter is attached hereto and made part of Amendment 0001.
2)    Proposal due date September 13, 2021, 15:00 hours C.E.T. remains unchanged. No proposals will be accepted after the time specified herein. Delay due internet connection issues/failure, delay on electronic correspondence transmission or processing will not be an acceptable excuse for late delivery of a proposal.
3)    Submission of further questions regarding the solicitation and this amendment 0001 will not be accepted.
