The City of Independence is requesting bids for stump grinding & removal services for a one-year period with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods. Contractor is to provide the necessary supervision, crew, equipment, tools and transportation necessary for the removal and disposal of various tree stumps located within the City. Equipment must include machinery capable of accessing fenced yards. The City reserves the right to make multiple awards.
