Engineers estimate - $9.6 - $10.1 million (updated 5/30/23) Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: Construction of a 0.4 MG prestressed concrete reservoir. Construction of an at-grade pump station equipped with two vertical turbine pumps having a firm capacity of 1,200 gallons per minute (gpm) each, an onsite generator, office, and lavatory. Demolition and removal of the existing 0.15 MG reservoir and the existing pump station. Onsite water piping improvements including 1175, 1000, 940 and 850 zone piping, reservoir inlet and outlet piping and appurtenances Onsite stormwater improvements Offsite water main improvements consisting of approximately 700 linear feet of 6-inch to 12-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances. Offsite sanitary sewer improvements consisting of approximately 250 linear feet of 8- inch gravity sewer and two sanitary sewer manholes.
