This project is a renovation of an existing park. The base bid is to include all work associated with the renovation of parking at the existing arts center building, addition of a new park and associated parking, and ADA improvements. The base bid also includes an extension of a multi-use trail along Fouts Road. Works includes, but is not limited to, demolition, tree removal, asphalt and concrete paving, segmental walls, fencing, drainage and utilities, parking lot lighting, plantings, and other associated work as described in the specification and plan documents. Exactly 180 calendar days have been set aside for performance of the contract.
