The City of Milton is accepting sealed bids from qualified firms for the Bethany Bend Traffic and Pedestrian Improvements project for the Public Works Department in conformance with Title 32, Chapter 4, Article 4, Part 2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated. All work will be done in accordance with Georgia Department of Transportation¿s (GDOT) Standard Drawings, Standard Specifications (current edition), and Pay Items Index as standards and specifications for the construction and completion of the work required. To bid on this contract, the Contractor must be listed on the current Georgia Department of Transportation Pre-Qualified Contractors list. All qualified bids will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin.
