Notice Summary Metro is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide annual overhead roll-up door drop testing and maintenance, repair and installation of overhead doors, security gates, barrier arms, operating hardware, fire doors connected to a central fire alarm system, in-ground vehicle presence sensing systems and similar assemblies installed at Metro Properties. Services to include, but not limited to, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, replacement or new installations of the referenced assemblies. Billing for services will be per hourly rates listed in the Schedule of Bid Prices. There may be supplemental working conditions for some of the venues. Contractor shall provide twenty-four hour emergency service seven days a week with contact name(s) and phone number(s) for weekends and after hour's service. Metro is only accepting bids from COBID firms for this solicitation. This opportunity is part of Metro's COBID Marketplace program. Opportunities are bid among State of Oregon certified COBID firms only. Competition requirements still apply but the opportunity is within the sheltered market of COBID firms.
