Notice Summary The contract contemplated consists of fabrication, delivery, and placement/installation of custom casework elements in the café area at the Keller Auditorium Elements include bussing stations, prep "huddle", drinks station & host podium. A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on June 17, 2021 at 9:00 am at Keller Auditorium, located at 222 SW Clay Street, Portland Oregon 97201. Interested bidders and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the ITB requirements. Interested bidders must RSVP for the pre-bid walk. RSVP Instructions are in the ITB. Because of the State of Oregon's social distancing policy, no more than 10 people are allowed to tour the site at one time. Each potential bidder is limited to one attendee. All attendees shall bring and wear a face mask. The conference will be held at 9:00 am. Attendance will be per RSVP. If the first conference fills up we will hold another at 10:00 am
