Included with all bid submittals over $100K you must provide the Contactor/Sub-Contractor Responsibility Certification Check Sheet and also proof of participation in a Class "A" Apprenticeship Program. Must show proof for 3 years of participation. Also a list of all trades or classifications of craft employees you will employ on the project and documentation verifying you participate in a Class A apprenticeship Program for each trade or classification listed.
