Invitation to Bid MULTISTACK / WATER TOWER PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE Columbus City Schools (CCS) is seeking bids from interested and qualified companies or professionals to provide all service and maintenance for the seven (7) Mulitstacks and two (2) water towers located at 8 CCS locations. The locations and details of each chiller are listed in the attachments. This Invitation to Bid (“ITB”) is being released to invite interested and qualified chiller service companies or professionals to prepare and submit quotes in accordance with instructions provided. MINIMUM PROPOSER REQUIREMENTS All proposers upon vetting: 1. Provide proof of a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience performing the work described in the ITB of the actual lead technician performing the diagnosing work. 2. Provide proof of sufficient, competent and skilled staff with experience in performing the Services. This might be the resume of the lead technician actually performing the work. 3. Provide proof of all appropriate licenses and certifications required for actual technician performing the services described on Multistack equipment. 4. Apply and qualify for a vendor number and a LEDE certification (If qualified). Both numbers must be obtained prior to awarding. Company Information Required: 1. The proposer shall be an established company providing chiller maintenance service on Water cooled or air cooled chillers and associated equipment. 2. The proposer shall have been in this business for a minimum of ten (10) years and haJ 61856 bRheIbzqY 041580571 Db 94ve a local branch office. 3. The proposer must have an experienced factory certified trained service technician with min 5 years’ experience with Multistack units. 4. The proposer must document their experience with Multistack equipment controls. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND INFORMATION: Project Time Frame: The initial contract term will begin July 1, 2023, or immediately upon execution of a purchase order and continue through June 30, 2025, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods beginning July through June, with the same terms and conditions and satisfactory performance of all criteria and subject to the availability of funds for each renewal period. The optional renewal periods will be upon mutual written consent of both parties. The successful Contractor must be prepared to begin immediately upon receipt of a fully executed purchase order. Objective: To select the best-qualified proposer to design a program based on the operational requirements of the equipment. Utilizing the manufacturer’s recommendations to extend the equipment’s life, reduce Energy Consumption and to protect the Districts Capital investments.
